Maa Mansa Devi helps to remove bad Omens, bad dreams and she helps us to find peace of mind. If you are looking for a path to find peace, then Mansa Devi helps to attain that. Here is Maa Mansa Devi’s Mantra.
“OM HREEM SHREEM KLEEM AIM, MANSA DIVYAI NAMAH”
If youa re perfroming havan, you could use “SWAHA” instead of namah.
When things go wrong as they sometimes will
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill
When the funds are low, and the debts are high
And you want to smile but you have to sigh
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit
Success is failure turned inside out
The silver line of the clouds of doubt
And you can never tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems afar
So, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit
It’s when things go wrong that you mustn’t quit
For this Sunday morning's service at the Bhavani Shankar Mandir, I will be discussing Spirituality.
There is a huge difference between being Religious and being Spiritual. Before I give you my thoughts, I'd like to hear from you.
How important is spirituality in one's life? What are some of the attributes of a Spiritual person. Lets talk.
My dear Friends, Namaskar. Hope you are enjoying the limitless possibilities that the world has to offer.
I am currently reading “Journey to Self Realization” by Parmahansa Yogananda. Every word of this book is to be treasured.
In the very early stages of the book, he commented on “The importance of knowing the reason for your existence“. I found it very interesting since this is one of the pounding questions our Spiritual Masters have always asked in lectures. Yogananda said that “It is an insult to your Self to be born, live, and die without knowing the answer to the mystery of why you were sent here as human beings in the first place.”
I agree, since only after knowing our Self and our purpose here, can we act to enrich the world.
I’d like to hear your thoughts on this. What do you think? What are you doing to Know yourself ?
Hello all. Well, what a successful dinner we had on November 07th. The hall was packed. We were sold out. The entertainment was wonderful, food was great and the environment was charged. The Highlights of the evening were the performances by our YOUTHS and CHILDREN. We have a passion to promote young people and we are happy that you see the need as well.
In addition to you, we had the presence of MP. Hon, Gurbax Singh Malhi, Brampton City Councillors Vicky Dhillon and Sandra Hames. There were representation for Mandirs such as Vishnu Mandir, Radha Krishna Mandir, Shri Harinarayan Mandir, Shri Ram Mandir, Devi Mandir, Pranav Ashram and CHACS. We were honoured to have the opening remarks done by Krishna Misir and Dr Doobay of Vishnu Mandir.
We thank you again for your support and look forward to working with you on our next phase of our Organization – “Buy and Build”
